Inclusions - The Inside Story

Multiple reasons are at play when choosing an inclusion to make the perfect product. Inclusions deliver a multisensory experience that is key to the identity of the product. Consumer expectations for sensory attributes and regulatory compliance with respect to product naming are top-of-mind thoughts during the development process. Once the ideal inclusion is identified, technical hurdles around process or stability are identified and solved by using the basic tools discussed in this article. Although this is a brief overview of possible solutions and typical problems, experience and peer knowledge are critical to fully understanding any technical situation.
