Ferrero to buy Eat Natural

Italy-based global confectionery company Ferrero Group has announced it will acquire Eat Natural, the maker of cereal bars, toasted muesli and granola.Eat Natural, a British cereal bars maker, was founded 23 years ago by two friends, Preet Grewal and Praveen Vijh.The deal is expected to close in the coming months, subject to customary closing conditions and regulatory approvals.As part of the transaction, Ferrero Group will take over Eat Natural's production facilities in Halstead, United Kingdom, and plans to retain the management and the employees of the business.
