As we start 2012, let me just emphasize three facts of importance to Management Research: The Journal of the Iberoamerican Academy of Management (MRJIAM) during the past year. In September 2011, MRJIAM moved to the ScholarOne Manuscripts system for article submission, journal management and peer review. This system is accessible to all via the online browser and allows the journal to have pre-publication versions of articles available online via the EarlyCite service.
