摘要

A method for combined antibacterial and antimycotic treatment of cellulose textile materials, intended for producing bandaging materials, has been developed. An appropriate antimicrobial substance has been selected - nibiol in the form of potassium salt which has a very wide range of action. The optimal technological parameters have been established and a very high and stable to sterilization antimicrobial effect has been proved. The effect has been proved by the agar-diffusion method and very high inhibition zones towards dangerous disease carriers like cholera, plague, anthrax, etc. have been established. A method for combined antimicrobial and haemostatic treatment of cellulose textile materials has been developed. A suitable substance calcium dichloride as been selected for imparting haemostatic properties. Very good and stable to sterilization antimicrobial and haemostatic effects have been established.
