Two things come to mind when you hear the Tovar name in the lowrider scene. The first is quality builds, and the second is humble people. The Tovar family attends multiple car shows. "In the last couple of years I've noticed the De Alba family pushing the third generation of kids around in these fully customized strollers," explains Eddie Tovar. "And when I say fully customized I mean candy and flake paint with tons of chrome. When I saw these strollers I told my wife that when we had grandkids I was gonna build them some lowrider strollers of their own." That day has come and Eddie kept his word by building some incredible strollers for his grandkids.
