The fact that companies can shave 10 to 20 percent off of their annual freight bills by simply developing and executing transportation spend management (TSM) and procurement programs has been well documented, yet so many firms chose to ignore this aspect of their supply chains. In this session, Adrian Gonzalez of ARC Advisory Group, Scott McLean of Ace Hardware, and Gregg Bostick of Pinnacle Foods put their heads together to help attendees understand the benefits of and processes behind a successful TSM program. Gonzalez set the stage for the webinar by introducing the TSM concept, and then McLean and Bostick detailed how their firms are successfully using it to work more efficiently in today's competitive business environment.
