The row between Greek reefer owner Enterprises Shipholding and its major bondholders looks unlikely to be settled ami-cably as litigation to resolve the dispute is pending. The argument involves failed repayments on a $175m bond issue. In early August, the major bondholders, who account for about 70% of the loan, had a ship arrested in South Korea belonging to Enterprises Shipholding. The ship was the 28,337 dwt reefer Ocelot Max built last year.
