Ardent Technologies Inc. won a contract with the Library of Congress to design a new system for publishers to log in and apply for ISSN numbers or Cataloging in Publication data. EBSCO Information Services has partnered with Portico to preserve the former's Digital Archives products. This will ensure the long-term availability of these collections.
