Technology risks and employers' liability claims

Developments in technology are likely to affect the type, number and costs of employers' liability (EL) claims in a variety of ways. Two particularly important elements in assessing trends in EL claims include: (1) changes in employment and the labour market, and (2) developments in medical, scientific and epidemiological research.
