Lear seals Grupo Antolin deal

One of the world's leading suppliers of automotive seating and electrical systems has announced it has reached an agreement to buy Grupo Antolin. Lear Corp says the €286-million acquisition will be funded by its own cash, and should be completed by the middle of 2017, subject to customary conditions, including regulatory approvals in Europe. According to the company, Lear says it expects the transaction to be accretive to 2017 earnings a share upon closing.
