摘要

The Leadership Quarterly seeks to extend the base for the 2009 LQYR manuscripts. We are requesting paper drafts following APA Publication Manual style (approximately 50-75 double spaced pages in length, including everything) or proposals (not to exceed seven double spaced pages in length). To prepare these submissions, we recommend that potential authors read carefully the previous seven LQYR's, together with the editor's comments (see the last issue of each year). These issues should suggest either follow up articles to those published earlier or papers/proposals for new topic areas. Potential authors should specify where they see their submission fitting and why it is needed.
