Flash mobs are the newest crime wave crossing the United States and it has police officials, city leaders and civil rights activists baffled in how they can stop it. Packs of young people, armed with cellphones and connected through social media sites, are invading retail stores and stealing them blind or suddenly showing up in random locations attacking and robbing innocent bystanders.
