Each year a Ride & Drive event is con- ducted the day before the Police Fleet Expo. All three auto manufacturers have a wide variety of their police package and special-service package vehicles fueled up and ready to thrash. Of course, with insurance liability limiting the top speeds to 45 mph, there is only so much thrashing that can be done.
