Claro clarifies full commercial 4G launch in Puerto Rico not until Q3

America Movil's CEO Daniel Hajj has confirmed that a full commercial launch of 4G LTE services by the Mexico-based firm's Claro Puerto Rico unit will take place in the third quarter of 2012, following the limited rollout of LTE infrastructure and pre-commercial 700MHz services on the island late last year which the group's head referred to as a soft launch.
