Colombia to install 30 new digital zones in San Andres and Providencia

Colombia's Ministry of Information Technology and Communications (Mintic) has announced plans to install 30 new digital zones in San Andres and Providencia as part of a project to re-establish communications after the passing of Hurricane lota.
