Viasat adds 14 new states to Brazilian footprint

US satellite firm Viasat has expanded the coverage supported by its Viasat do Brasil ISP unit, adding a further 14 states to its footprint. New locations covered include: Santa Catarina, Espirito Santo, Goias, Mato Grosso, Mato Grosso do Sul, Bahia, Ceara, Alagoas, Sergipe, Maranhao, Para, Rondonia, Amapa and Acre. With its latest expansion, Viasat now offers service to more than 93% of the population across 21 states and the Federal District.
