Anne Arundel County Central Utility Wetland & Stream Restoration

In 2009, Anne Arundel County Department of Public Works initiated a plan to develop the Central Utility Operations Facility in Millersville, Mary- land. The project comprised five new buildings, including a new Administration Building, 4 ancillary buildings, and minor renovations to the existing Central Water Utilities Building, and state-of-the-art stream restoration. Significant site modifications were necessary in the adaptation of the new facility within the existing constraints of wetlands, storm water management requirements, and topography.
