Change of Land Use at a Mesh in Urban Promotion Area based on the Classification of Utilization

摘要

Land use in urban promotion area is undergoing major changes depending on the situation of social and economic activties of urban area and its prediction is very important for the urban planning and management. In this paper, the actual situation of the change of land use in urban promotion area is studied based on the 1/4 mesh data fo land use and 12 divisions of land utilization proposed in our previous works. Individual conditions of the change of land use can be found by the use of principal component analysis on the change rate of land use and the results are summarized into 7 patterns of changes.
