Study on the Change Rate of Land Use in Urban Promotion Area of Regional Central City

摘要

The change rate of land use at a mesh is defined as the percentage of area changed land use within a given period. Using the data of land use surveyed in a regional central city at three times in the past, the change rates of land use at meshes in urban promotion area are analyzed to understand the spatial structure on the variation of land use. Then, the relation between the land use zoning and the change rate of land use is discussed. Considering that the change of land use may be influenced by influenced by the conditions of land use at that time, the multi-regression models for the prediction of the change rate of land use at a mesh are also proposed.
