Lin Dickens, founder of design agency Aricot Vert, has substantially increased the profits at her £1.2m turnover business through the application of a BSI-based review of her management systems. Her company won the contract for a year-long global corporate communications project with BSI Management Systems and beganreviewing the management processes that kept her small company in operation. It was part of her strategy to better understand BSI's business, its audience and the benefits of its management systems products.
