Development of a Filter for Real-Time Failure Diagnosis of Instruments

摘要

A filter is proposed to estimate both faulty biases in the measured values and the state variables not influenced by failure sensors. The estimated state variables can be applied to advanced control. The estimated faulty biases can be used for the maintenance of instruments. The performance of the Proposed filter is demonstrated by use of simulations where the filter is applied to several types of failures In an ideal objective system.
