摘要

A new catalyst system for gas turbine combustors using catalyst honeycomb made of Mn-substituted hexa-aluminate has been developed. Performance and durability of the catalyst honeycomb were tested at both atmospheric and high pressure. A prototype catalytic combustor test using a 150kW class gas turbine was also carried out for 215 hours. The results demonstrated efficient combustion with ultra-low NOx emission. A honeycomb segmentation system designed with FEM simulation model prevented formation of cracks on the honeycomb in the prototype test.
