Twelve Bangladeshi and international leaders have joined the Board of Advisors for the Alliance for Bangladesh Worker Safety. From industry, government and academia, die advisors will provide expertise and leadership to aid die alliance's efforts to improve safety for Bangladeshi workers. "We are happy to work with the Alliance," said Ellen Tauscher, independent chair of the Alliance and former US Congresswoman. "We expect the Alliance inspection process will integrate worker representatives and share the findings with workers, as well as following the inspection.
