Laxtons to double capacity as it moves to new site

UK yarn spinner Laxtons is to double its manufacturing capacity with a move to a new purpose-built facility in Baildon, near Bradford. The 16,000 sq ft plant is being built at the Sapper Jordan Rossi Park, formerly known as the Baildon Business Park. Laxtons will move to its new premises next spring, relocating 24 staff. The 109-year-old family firm is currently based at Gordon Mills in Guiseley. After bringing its production back to the UK in 2010, it has outgrown its existing home in just six years.
