摘要

The ordering behavior and dielectric properties of Na and La doped PFW ceramics, Pb_1-xNa_x[ Fe(_(2-x)/3W_(1+x)/3]O_3 and Pb_1-yLa_y[Fe_(2+y)/3W(_(1-y)/3O_3, were investigated. Na doping causes a Significant increase of B site ordering, evidenced by {h+~1_2, ι+~1_2} syoerkattuce reflections in X-ray diffraction patterns. No superlattice reflections were observed in La doped samples. Dielectric diffuseness increase with the increase in both the na and the La content.
