Interface Phenomena in Ceramic-Lined Composite Pipes Produced by GS-T SHS Process

摘要

On the basis of gravitational separation-thermit self-propagating high-temperature synthesis process (GS-TSHS), ceramic-lined pipes for coal-dust injection system in blast furnace respectively with 20 carbon steel base, Cr25Ni20 heat-resisting steel base and 1Cr1 8Ni9Ti stainless steel base were produced. It was obtained that interface bonding between metal and ceramics in composite pipes was mainly achieved with mechanical bonding. In 1Cr18Ni9Ti base composite pipes, besides intense interlocking of ceramics to metal, solution and infiltration bonding was formed to some extent due to Ti element accumulating at the interface areas and spreading to the ceramics areas.
