摘要

The design formulas of different longitudinal vibration conical horns are given through analyzing the ultrasonic vibration drill-grinding system theoretically. The relationships between the area coefficient and resonance length, displacement node, the maximum node, magnification coefficient and shape factor are analyzed. At last, the differences of several horns are analyzed through some examples, and it is concluded that the compound horn is preferable to any other kind when designing the ultrasonic vibration drill-grinding system.
