摘要

In this paper, the symmetric fuzzification and self-adjusting control rules with symmetric fuzzy number are firstly proposed, which are very different from the traditional discrete fuzzification and corresponding control rules. Next, a fuzzy control system, in which the rules and scaling factor may be adjusted on-line, is designed and applied to the on-line control of milling force under the variable cutting parameters. Finally, the simulation tests are done. The test results show that the developed algorithm has validity, information compensation, better robustness and adaptation ability. This algorithm is new, and offers a helpful reference to the adaptive fuzzy controls for machining processes.
