Influence of emulsification of composite collector on rutile flotation

摘要

The emulsifiable conditions of composite collector(FP-2)in industry are systematically re- searched in the paper. It is found that types of the emulsifiers, emulsification temperature, the mixed proportion of FP-2 to emulsifier are the important parameters affecting emulsification effect rutile flotation targets. When The proportion of FP-2 to emulsifier(E-4)is 100, by means of emulsification of mechanical stirring, the rutile Flotation recovery is 85.6/100 and the grade is 75.3/100, which approach the flotation targets of FP-2 used as col- Lector by ultrasonic emulsification unit.
