While some of the book's content may be applicable to readers in the United States, it is almost completely focused on copyright legislation in the United Kingdom.The most useful feature of this book is the set of thorough indices at the beginning. One index provides a quick guide to U.K. legislation, issues of compliance, and various checklists available throughout the book. There is also a table of cases, listing where significant legal cases and lawsuits are discussed or referenced within the book. Finally, there is a table of legislation giving page numbers where international treaties and conventions, European directives, European regulations, COM DOCS, statutes, and statutory instruments are discussed. If only a similar type of e-copyright book were available for U.S. consumption!
