Christmas Crochet for Hearth, Home and Tree

I learned to crochet back in the 1970s. Every now and then I pick up a crochet magazine or book, hoping to find inspiration to pick up my hook again, and generally I am whisked right back to those far-off days. I am never sure if this is retro, or being stuck in the design past. So I approached this book with some trepidation, especially as it is Christmas themed, which can bring out the very worst in some crafters. I need not have worried, it is actually rather good!
