In the previous paper, it is summarized that the Main Street Program of the National Trust of Historic Preservation (hereinafter NTHP) focuses on economic revitalization in the context of historic preservation. As the result of this, it became clear that the main purpose of the Main Street Program is "Historic Preservation" and "Economic Revitalization" to revitalization downtown communities.
