摘要

This is a timely publication from Quintin Bradley. Frustration over the way social housing has become a marginalised and dispensable constituent of the welfare state was encapsulated in the 'March for Homes' in London on 31st January, 2015, bringing together thousands of campaigners, tenants and trade unionists to demand the building of social housing and curbing of private rents. Against this backdrop of collective action, a well-informed analysis and sensitive consideration has been published on how and why tenants' voices matter but often go unheard.
