摘要

The ability to precisely control the doping of semiconductor nanocrystals can create an opportunity for producing functional materials with new properties,which are of importance to applications such as biomedical diagnosis,solar cells,and spintronics.This opportunity has stimulated research efforts to develop synthetic methods to incorporate dopants into a variety of colloidal semiconductor nanocrystals.
