摘要

Multiphoton fabrication is gaining prominence as a technique for the creation of 3-D microstructures of arbitrary complexity.The majority of the work in this field has focused on multiphoton absorption polymerization (MAP),although for many micro-device applications,it is also desirable to be able to incorporate materials other than polymers.
