Rapid Synthesis of High-Quality InP Nanocrystals

Colloidal III-V semiconductor nanocrystals (NCs) have attracted intense interest within the past 20 years,owing to their less ionic lattice,larger exciton diameters,and reduced toxicity compared to nB-VI compounds.Nevertheless,the study and application of HI-V semiconductor nanocrystals are limited by the difficulty in their synthesis.
