摘要

This paper contributes a new method to review management performance of core competence of company. It classifies core competence, and set up a index system to evaluate by Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP). Based on this review result, this paper also puts forward relative appraising of two times about management performance of core competence of company by means of Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA). At last it gives a actual example to review management performance of core competence of company. A major conclusion is that this method is very helpful to review management performance of core competence among companies.
