Research on the Risks of Market Operation of Non-profit Organizations in View of Mutual Benefits

Non-profit organizations play an important role in economic and social life in China. Facing difficulties like scarcity of resources, pressures of survival and development, non-profit organizations (NPOs) must change their traditional charity mechanism and create new channels of resources through market operation. But NPOs have to be confronted with many risks when they compete with enterprises, government and other non-profit organizations. Therefore, this paper will analyze and explore the market operation risks of non-profit organizations on the basis of multiple benefits win-win philosophy.
