The following errors were introduced into the article during the typesetting process, and should be corrected as noted below:rn1. The caption to Fig. 2 contains an incorrect dimension for the field book. The field book dimensions are 12 cm x 19 cm rather than 12 cm x 9 cm as stated in the published version of the paper.
