AS EDITOR-IN-CHIEF, I would like to acknowledge all of thenimportant contributors to this journal and thank them. Thesencontributors are the authors, reviewers, Associate Editors (AEs), andnAIAA editorial staff who have been associated with the Journal ofnSpacecraft and Rockets (JSR). The JSR has a diverse scope withnapplication-oriented articles, and I hope that the technicalncommunity continues to find the papers to be of interest. I need tonthank the authors who have chosen the JSR as the means tondisseminate their research to the technical aerospace community. Inhope that they felt that the peer-review process was professional andnconstructive. The peer-review process and the high quality of thenAIAA journals would not exist if it were not for the reviewers whonvoluntarily give of their time and provide in-depth reviews.Althoughnit is only a small token of appreciation, their names are listed in thisnissue. I hope that we have successfully included all of them.
