The Publisher regrets that an error in its production offices resulted in the two articles listed as follows appearing in an issue for which they were not intended. The articles should have been published in the forthcoming Special Issue: South American Geochronology, guest edited by Dr Victor A. Ramos. The articles were instead included in the regular issue, Journal of South Amer ican Earth Sciences, Volume 31, Issue 4.
