Measurement of creep, relaxation and bagginess indexes of leather

Currently there are no available standard methods to measure the "creep" and the "relaxation" of leather. In this paper a new method is proposed which allows determination of both parameters as well as the Retained set or "bagginess". The creep and the stress - relaxation phenomena quantify the visco - elastic Character of leather and are related to handle and comfort characteristics.
