摘要

As we all know, when leather and its products are used in contact with skin, perspiration may dissolve components from the leather and this may include Cr(VI) so, using artificial perspiration to extract chromium(VI) in leather is of significance. Determination of chromium(VI) in leather using extraction with pH5.5 and 8.0 artificial perspiration solution and subsequent determination with DPC photometric method has been studied. The linearity, repeatability and recovery percentage were tested to evaluate the determination methods. The results show that the experimental methods have good linearity, feasibility and reliability. The result also illustrate that less chromium(VI) is extracted from leather with pH5.5 artificial perspiration solution than with pH8.0 alkaline artificial perspiration solution.
