摘要

Effective manufacturing strategies may enhance a firm's competitive strength. We conducted a field survey to examine the manufacturing strategies of 22 network-based small firms in the tex- tile industry in Taiwan. In this work, a framework consisting of eight dimensions of manufacturing strategies is used to explore possible competitive advantages of a network system. Research results sug- gest that the manufacturing strategies of the network have enhanced the competi- tive determinants of flexibility, delivery, and cost.
