Studies of ferrocene derivatives. The reaction of ferrocenyl carbonyl compounds with organomagnesium halides

The reactions of ferrocenecarboxialdehyde, monoacetyl- and 1,1'-diacetylferrocene with various alkyl-, aryl- and alkenyl magnesium halides were investigated. Also, the stereochemistry of the addition of organomagnesium halides on 1,1'-diacylferrocene was studied.
