摘要

The influence of the thermomechanical treatment of copper alloy with 0.4% chromium on texture and residual stresses has been investigated in this paper. The variation of precipitation temperature and the application of cold plastic deformation, produces precipitates with different distributions, shapes and sizes in the alloy, along with changes in grain size and shape. Precipitated particles, deformation mechanisms, as well as recovery and recrystallization processes influence texture and residual stress changes. Texture and residual stress were determined according to the modified Horta method and apparent lattice parameter method, respectively, from the measurements of peak position and width of particular diffraction lines.
