New phytoconstituents of yew plants

摘要

New phytoconstituents isolated from the yew plants during 1987 to mid-1995 have been briefly reviewed. The compounds have been classified according to their chemical structures. Taxoids (normal and rearranged) were found to be the major constituents. Some other diterpenoids and phenolics have also been identified. The reported bioactivity of the new constituents has been discussed in brief.
