摘要

The Pd-catalyzed asymmetric allylic alkylationn(AAA) reaction of nitromethane with monosubstituted allylnsubstrates was realized for the first time to providencorresponding products in high yields with excellent regioandnenantioselectivities. The protocol was applied to thenenantioselective synthesis of (R)-baclofen and (R)-rolipram.
