The physics of new clean energies and fuels according to hadronic mechanics, paper II: the new mechanics

This is the second of a series of five articles outlining systematic research on new energies and fuels at the particle, nuclear, and molecular levels, initiated by the author at Harvard University in 1978 under DOE support, and then continued by numerous scientists at Various Institutions. Paper I identified the new energies studies in this series, as those not Being predictable and treatable by quantum mechanics. Paper I then presented an outline Of the numerous insufficiencies of quantum mechanics in particle physics, nuclear Physica, superconductivity, chemistry, biology, astrophysics and cosmology.
