摘要

MCM-41 was synthesized by hydrothermal method with sodium Silicate as silica source, sodium aluminate as aluminum source and surfactant C_16H_33(CH_3)_3NBr as structure template. X-ray diffraction and low Temperature nitrogen adsorption were used to characterize the synthesized MCM-41. The synthesis of mesoporous molecular sieve MCM-41 of high Relative crystallinity was accomplished under optimum conditions. It has been Found that the synthesized MCM-41 has a pore diameter of 3.2 nm, BET Surface area of 904 m~2/g and pore wall thickness of 1.46 nm. The catalytic Cracking activities of MCM-41 were tested in an MRCS-8006 type Microreactor.
